Natural Fog Mist Nozzle Tightening and Releasing Tool Demonstration

🌺🌺 A brass material is relatively soft in nature comparing to other metals, so when applying force on brass material, we always need to pay more attention to the torque.

🤩🤩 Natural Fog mist and fog nozzles are made of brass or stainless steel, when tightening brass nozzles, the recommended tightening torque is 0.8 ~ 1.0 N.m. which is all you need to securely tighten the nozzles onto the pipe fitting. And it will only do more harm than good if you tighten with torque further than that.

❤️❤️ In this video we demonstrate how easily a brass mist and fog nozzle thread can be damaged when tightening by wrench. Sometimes it seems no damage on the appearance of nozzle thread when using too much torque, but obvious cracks when you observe by microscope, and as time goes by, the nozzle thread would eventually be compromised by the high pressure water and the nozzle will be shooting out like a bullet!
